Resource Navigation

Practical help identifying and connecting with treatment, recovery, community, and other supportive resources that may support your next step.

Stepping stones across a calm stream at sunrise, warm light, landscape, symbolizing guided next steps in recovery.

How Resource Navigation Can Help

Knowing that help is available is not always the same as knowing where to start. It can be hard to know what is available, what might be a good fit, and how to take the next step.

I can also help you prepare questions, understand what different programs and recovery resources offer, contact treatment programs or other support services, and work through applications, referrals, or other parts of the connection process.

Resources We Can Explore Together

Treatment & Recovery Options

Help understanding and exploring treatment and recovery options such as detox, residential treatment, outpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment, and other recovery supports so you can understand the differences and consider what you would like to explore.

Medication & Recovery Supports

Find information and resources related to medication for addiction treatment, recovery supports, and other services that may be part of an individualized recovery pathway.

Recovery Community & Ongoing Support

Explore recovery meetings, peer support, community programs, and other ways to strengthen connection and build support around your recovery.

Education, Training & Life-Building Resources

Identify opportunities related to school, training programs, certifications, career development, and other resources that can help you continue rebuilding your life beyond substance use.

More Than a List of Resources

Sometimes finding the name of a program is the easy part. The harder questions are often: What does this program offer? What should I ask when I call? What happens next? What are the requirements? And what do I do if the first option does not work out?

Resource Navigation gives us a chance to work through those questions together. We can compare treatment and recovery options, explore available funding or state-supported resources, look into education or training opportunities, identify programs you may be eligible for, prepare for calls or appointments, and organize the information so you can make a more informed decision about your next step.

If one resource is not the right fit, that does not mean there are no other options. We can look at what happened, consider what may work differently, and continue identifying possibilities that support the direction you are trying to move in.

From Searching to Taking the Next Step

You may be looking for resources for yourself, trying to help someone you care about, preparing for a transition, rebuilding after a setback, or simply realizing that the support you have right now is not enough. Whatever brings you here, we can begin with what is happening today.

The goal of Resource Navigation is to help turn information into action.
