Relapse Support
Support for recognizing risks early, strengthening stability, and getting back on track when setbacks happen.
Recovery can have difficult seasons. Stress, relationships, isolation, cravings, emotional overwhelm, or major life changes can make it harder to stay connected to the routines and supports that have been helping you move forward.
Restore Recovery Services provides individualized, non-clinical support both before and after a relapse or reoccurrence. Together, we can identify warning signs, strengthen your support system, work through challenges, and take practical steps toward greater stability and continued progress.

How We Can Work Together
Recognize Personal Triggers & Early Warning Signs
Recognize triggers, changes in behavior, emotions, situations, and other warning signs that may increase the risk of a relapse or reoccurrence.
Create a Personalized Recovery Support Plan
Develop practical steps and supports that fit your individual circumstances, recovery goals, and current needs.
Develop Coping Strategies for Cravings & Difficult Emotions
Identify practical ways to respond to cravings, stress, difficult emotions, and other challenges without returning to substance use.
Strengthen Accountability & Recovery Supports
Strengthen connections with supportive people, recovery communities, routines, and other resources that can help you stay connected to your recovery.
Prepare for Situations That May Increase Risk
Think ahead about people, places, situations, transitions, and other circumstances that may make recovery more difficult, and develop a plan for navigating them.
Create a Path Forward After a Relapse or Reoccurrence
Look at what was happening before and during the setback, reconnect with helpful supports, and identify realistic next steps for moving forward.
Different Substances, Different Challenges
Different substances can be connected to different triggers, cravings, routines, relationships, environments, and patterns of use. What increases risk with one substance may look very different with another.

My lived experience includes addiction involving multiple substances, so I understand that recovery challenges are not one-size-fits-all. Together, we can look at the substance or substances that have been part of your story and identify the patterns and situations that may need the most attention.
Support After a Relapse or Reoccurrence
A relapse or reoccurrence does not erase the progress you have made. It may show where additional support, changes, or resources could be helpful. Restore Recovery Services can help you look at what was happening leading up to the setback, reconnect with supportive routines and people, and create practical next steps for moving forward without shame or judgment. If you decide additional treatment or services would be helpful, I can also support you in identifying and connecting with appropriate resources.
This Support May Be Right for You If…
- • You are concerned about returning to substance use
• You are experiencing cravings, triggers, or early warning signs
• You are noticing old behaviors or patterns beginning to return
• Your recovery routines or support system have started to change
• You recently completed treatment and want additional recovery support
• You experienced a relapse or reoccurrence and want support moving forward
You Don’t Have to Hide When You’re Struggling
I understand the cycle of trying to stop, returning to substance use, and having to find your way forward again. My own recovery included repeated detoxes, periods of sobriety, and reoccurrence before I was able to build lasting recovery. That experience shapes the way I provide relapse support—with compassion, accountability, practical support, and an understanding that recovery is not always a straight path.
