Our Whole-Person Approach

Addiction can affect far more than substance use alone. It can impact relationships, routines, emotional well-being, identity, purpose, and many other areas of life.

Recovery can involve rebuilding across these areas—not simply stopping the use of alcohol or other substances. The Restore approach supports the whole person with practical guidance focused on recovery, stability, connection, growth, and purpose.

THE EIGHT DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS

Recovery often means rebuilding across many areas of life. These eight dimensions of wellness help guide Restore’s whole-person approach.

Eight Dimensions of Wellness wheel

My own journey through long-term addiction and recovery is what led me to this work. I know how hard it can be to fight your way out of addiction and believe that life can truly become different.

You do not have to do it alone. Today, I use my lived experience and professional training to help individuals and families rebuild, move forward, and create a life with greater stability, meaning, and purpose.

From Addiction to Purpose.
Now I Help Others Do the Same.

MEET SUSANNA

What One Client Shared

“Words cannot express how Susanna has been there for me and influenced my life in a positive way, leading me toward a brighter future. From the moment I met her at my former IOP, her patience and understanding were unmatched. She supported me through active addiction and taught me how to breathe, have faith, be patient, and hold on when it came to my sobriety. Today I have over 250 days of sobriety and am less than a month away from graduating school. Susanna played a major role in both. Anyone would be blessed to receive her guidance.”
